1951 – Geo Fielder & Co. Ltd becomes a public company
1952 – White Wings is Launched
1968 – Quality Bakers Co-Operative is established in New Zealand
1978 – Geo Fielder & Co. Ltd merges with Gillespie Bros Holdings Ltd to become Fielder Gillespie Ltd
1983 – Fielder Gillespie Davis Ltd is formed after a merger with Davis Consolidated Industries Ltd
1986 – Goodman Fielder Limited is formed after a merger with the Goodman Group Ltd (New Zealand) and Allied Mills Ltd
1992 – Acquisition of The Uncle Tobys Company
1996 – Goodman Fielder International is formed
1999 – Ernest Adams Limited, the largest baked goods business in New Zealand, is acquired
2003 – Goodman Fielder Limited is acquired by Burns, Philip & Company Limited and becomes a private company
2005 – Goodman Fielder Ltd is listed on the ASX and NZX,

– Acquisition of New Zealand Dairy Foods Holdings Limited
2007 – Acquisition of Copperpot, Attiki and Palmyra dips business
2008 – Paradise Foods biscuits business is acquired
2009 – Goodman Fielder celebrates its centenary year
2010 – The company’s new head office and research facility in North Ryde is opened
2011 – The company completes a $259 million capital rising
2013 – The company sells its Integro commercial oils business and its New Zealand flour milling business
